Calendar Booking Pages for monday.com · Last updated 15 October 2026

Calendar Booking Pages gives every host on your monday account a booking page. People pick a time that is free in the host's Google Calendar or Outlook, and the booking lands on your Meetings board as an item. This guide walks through setup, each tab of the Calendar Booking Pages - Admin widget, what guests see, how the board works both ways, plans and limits, and what to do when something looks off.

1. Quick start

Everything happens inside monday, in a widget called Calendar Booking Pages - Admin. Most teams take bookings within ten minutes.

  1. Install the app from the monday marketplace, then add the Calendar Booking Pages - Admin widget to a dashboard (it is also available as a board view called Calendar Booking Pages - Admin).
  2. Authorize — the first time a monday admin opens the widget it shows One step left to finish installing. Press Authorize monday, approve in the tab that opens and come back. The app then creates a board called Meetings with three groups — Upcoming, Past and Canceled — and the columns it needs. Nothing else on your account is touched.
  3. Choose hosts — on the Settings tab, tick Host next to each person who should have a booking page. Hosts are your monday users; nobody signs up anywhere.
  4. Each host connects their calendar — on Home, press Connect Google or Connect Outlook. The tab that opens shows whose booking pages the calendar joins: check that it is your name, press Connect, approve access, then come back. Without this step people can book times you are busy.
  5. Set working hours and make a meeting type — the Working hours tab has a default working week you can change; the Meeting types tab offers three starters. Pick one and it goes live with a link.
  6. Share the link. It is on Home, with a Copy button. From now on every booking is an item on the Meetings board.

Or start from the template. In monday's Template center, search for Calendar Booking Pages and press Use template. It adds a Meetings Board ready for bookings and a Calendar Administration dashboard that already holds the Calendar Booking Pages - Admin widget, and it opens on that dashboard. Then follow steps 2 to 6 above. The app finds the template's Meetings board and puts bookings on it, so it does not make a second board.

Booking pages look like meet.pluginpro.io/your-company/your-name/intro-call, and team pages like meet.pluginpro.io/your-company/team/sales-call. Guests never see PluginPro's name on them.

2. Who can use it

  • Admins — each monday admin presses Authorize monday once, the first time they open the app. After that they see Home, Meeting types, Working hours and Settings, and they can have their own booking pages.
  • Members — get their own booking pages once an admin makes them a host in Settings. They see Home, Meeting types and Working hours. Members do not need to authorize.
  • Viewers and monday guests — cannot use the app. The widget tells them so and shows no booking data.

The people who book a meeting with you do not need a monday account — see What your guests see.

3. Home — your links and your calendar

The Home tab is the page a host looks at most. It shows:

  • Your booking links — one per published meeting type, and any team page you host, each with a Copy button. Team links say who else is on the page and whether it is Anyone available or Everyone together.
  • Connect your calendar — shown until you connect Google Calendar or Outlook. Once connected, the line at the bottom reads Google Calendar connected as you@company.com (or Outlook), with a Disconnect button that asks once before it disconnects.
  • Use this board? — if an admin opens the widget on a board that already has the app's Booking ID column (for example a Meetings board from an earlier install), Home offers to use that board for new bookings. Not now keeps the current one.

If Home says Ask a monday admin to make you a host, you are not a host yet — see Settings. If it says your meeting types are still drafts, publish one on the Meeting types tab and its link appears here.

4. Meeting types

A meeting type is one kind of meeting people can book with you — an intro call, a demo, an onboarding session. You can have as many as you like on every plan, including Free. Your own ones are listed under Your pages; team ones under Team pages.

With no meeting types yet, the tab offers three starters — Intro call · 15 min, Discovery call · 30 min, Demo · 45 min. Pick one and it goes live with a link. Or press + New and fill in:

Name
What guests see, for example Intro call.
Length
15, 30, 45, 60 or 90 minutes.
Description
Optional. Shown on the booking page under the name.

Press More options for the rest:

Where
Google Meet or Microsoft Teams — whichever matches your connected calendar; the link is made on your own account and put in the invite. Or Zoom or another link (the same link every time) or Phone call (your number is sent with the invite).
Link ending
The last part of the page address, after your name. It is filled in from the name; change it if you like.
Ask when booking
Up to five questions guests answer on the booking form: a short answer, a long answer, a phone number, or yes or no. Each can be required. Answers land in the Notes column of the booking.
Earliest someone can book
Any time, or at least 1, 2 or 4 hours or 1 or 2 days before the meeting.
How far ahead people can book
Any time in the future, or only the next 7, 14, 30 or 60 days.
Gap before / after the meeting
0 to 60 minutes kept free around each booking.

Each row on the tab has Edit, Copy link, Preview (opens the page as a guest sees it) and Unpublish. An unpublished type shows a Draft badge, a Publish button and Publish to get a link instead of its link. Delete is at the bottom of the edit form and asks once.

Only hosts can publish. If you are not a host the row says Only hosts can publish — ask an admin, and the type is saved as a draft.

5. Team pages

A team page is one link for several hosts. It is part of the paid plans; on the Free plan the section says Adding your team is part of the paid plan. Admins create team pages under Team pages → + New. The form has the same fields as a personal page plus:

Team name
Asked once, the first time you make a team page. It names the team's pages for guests.
Hosts
Tick the people on this page. A host without a connected calendar is marked No calendar connected — bookings can still be made, but their busy times are not checked.
Who joins
Anyone available — one host takes each meeting, whoever is free, shared out in turn. Everyone together — all hosts join, and guests only see times when everyone is free.
Where
A Google Meet or Teams link can only be made when every host uses the same kind of calendar. When hosts are mixed, the form asks for a fixed link or a phone number instead.

Team pages need at least one host in Settings first. If your paid plan ends, team pages are marked Paused and stop taking bookings; everyone's own pages keep working.

6. Working hours

Your own hours — when people can book you, on your page and on team pages you host. Each day has an on/off box; a day that is off says Day off. A day that is on has a start and end time in 15-minute steps, and + Add hours adds a second range, for example to leave lunch free. Copy to all weekdays copies one day's hours to Monday to Friday.

Times in is your time zone, taken from your monday profile to start with. Guests see slots in their own time zone. Press Save when done; the widget confirms with Saved ✓. If every day is off, nobody can book you anywhere, and the tab says so.

7. Settings — hosts, board, branding

Admins only. Members see Home, Meeting types and Working hours.

People

Everyone on your monday account is listed (guests and viewers excluded). Tick Host to give someone a booking page. After they publish a meeting type, their page address appears on the row with a Copy button. Until then the row says No published meeting type yet. Hosts count toward paid plans — see Plans and limits. Unticking asks once, because that person's booking page stops working. New people invited in monday show up here on their own.

Meetings board

Normally there is nothing to do here. If the Meetings board is deleted or archived, the widget says so and offers Create a new Meetings board. A line about the board only appears when something is off — a column the app needs has no match, or a column with the right name is the wrong type. It names the problem and offers Fix, which adds the missing columns. Renaming columns is fine: the app tracks them by id, not by title.

Logo and colours

On paid plans, Edit lets you upload a logo (PNG, JPEG or WebP, up to 200 KB), pick a Brand colour and, optionally, a Dark mode colour for guests whose devices are in dark mode. The preview shows both. The look applies to every booking page on your account. On the Free plan the section reads Part of the paid plan — pages still carry no branding from us.

8. What your guests see

A booking page shows the host (or the team), the meeting type and its description, the length, where it happens, a calendar with the days that have free times, and a time zone picker. The guest picks a day, then a time.

The form asks for Your name and Email address, has an optional Additional notes box and an Add guests link for extra attendees, plus any questions you added. Pressing Confirm books it.

  • The guest gets a confirmation email with a calendar invite and the meeting link, plus links to reschedule or cancel. No account, no app.
  • The meeting is written to the host's calendar with the Google Meet or Teams link.
  • The booking appears on your Meetings board within seconds.

9. Your Meetings board

The app creates the board once, during Authorize, with these columns. If you attach an existing board, columns are matched by title; missing ones are added by Fix in Settings.

ColumnTypeWhat it holds
WhenDateStart of the meeting. Editable — change it to move the meeting.
EndDateEnd of the meeting.
DurationNumbersLength in minutes.
StatusStatusConfirmed, Canceled or Completed. Editable — set it to Canceled to call the meeting off.
Guest nameTextThe person who booked.
Guest emailEmailTheir email address.
Meeting typeDropdownWhich meeting type was booked.
Meeting linkLinkThe Google Meet, Teams or fixed link.
HostPeopleThe monday user hosting it.
NotesLong textThe guest's notes and their answers to your questions.
Extra guestsTextAnyone the guest added.
Booking IDTextThe app's own reference. Leave it alone — it is how the item and the booking stay linked.

Groups

New bookings land in Upcoming. Within about 15 minutes after the end time, the item moves to Past and its status becomes Completed. A meeting cancelled by the guest or from the board moves to Canceled with status Canceled.

Driving meetings from the board

  • Move a meeting: change the When date. The booking is rescheduled and the guest gets a new invite.
  • Cancel a meeting: set Status to Canceled. The booking is cancelled and the guest is told.
  • If the booking system can't be reached, the app puts the date or status back and writes an update on the item saying so, so the board never shows a change that did not happen. Try again in a minute.

Everything else on the item is yours: add columns, automations, updates, move it between boards' views — the app only ever writes to its own columns.

10. Plans and limits

Free is for whole companies of five people or fewer — counted as the people on your monday account. It includes 20 bookings a month. From 16 bookings the widget shows admins how many are used; at 20, booking pages pause until the first of next month and the person who installed the app gets a monday notification. Meetings already booked, reschedules and cancellations keep working, and the widget shows when pages resume. If your account grows past five people, booking pages become part of the paid plan.

Paid plans are priced by the number of people taking bookings — hosts with a published page that month. Admins and viewers who do not take bookings never count. Each plan has a cap (Starter up to 10, Team up to 25, and so on); the widget shows N of M people taking bookings at the top. Bookings are unlimited. Team pages and your logo and colours are paid features. If a paid plan ends, team pages pause and everyone's own page keeps working.

Plans are managed in monday: Manage plan and See plans in the widget open your account's plan page. Full prices and a calculator are on the pricing page.

11. Notifications

The app talks to the person who installed it through monday notifications, on the Meetings board — no email to miss. You will hear from it when a booking could not be added to the board, when the free plan's 20 bookings are used up and pages pause, and when a paid plan ends and team pages pause. Admins also see a banner in the widget — Some bookings did not reach your board — with the count for the last week and a fresh Authorize button.

12. Permissions, explained

On monday (approved by each admin who presses Authorize monday). The app asks for these eight permissions and no others:

me:read
Know which account and which user authorized the app.
boards:read
Read the Meetings board's columns and groups, and the item of a booking. To find a Meetings board made from the app's template, it also reads board column titles, never items: until the app has a Meetings board, the column titles of up to 100 boards in your account; and when the app is opened on a board or dashboard, the names and column titles of up to 50 boards in that workspace.
boards:write
Create the Meetings board with its groups and columns, and add, change and move booking items.
users:read
List the account's users, so an admin can pick hosts, and know each host's name and time zone.
workspaces:read
Read workspace names, so the Meetings board goes to the right workspace.
webhooks:write
Add one webhook to each Meetings board, so a new date on the board moves the meeting and the status Canceled cancels it.
notifications:write
Tell the admin when a booking did not reach the board or when pages are paused, and tell a host when a meeting has no join link.
updates:write
Add a short note to a booking item, for example extra guests or a missing join link.

On Google or Microsoft (approved by each host when they connect): read the calendar's busy times, and create, move and cancel the calendar event for each booking, including the Meet or Teams link. With Google, the host's Google profile photo also becomes the photo on their booking page. Each host's credentials are theirs alone and are removed the moment they press Disconnect.

13. Uninstalling

Uninstalling the app removes its monday and calendar access at once and stops every booking page. Your Meetings board and everything on it stay — they are yours. Bookings, hosts, meeting types, working hours and branding are kept for one to two days, so a reinstall within one day restores your setup, and are then deleted. Each backup is deleted seven to eight days after it is made, so the last copy is gone within ten days. Details are in the privacy policy.

14. Troubleshooting

Guests see no free times. Check Working hours (at least one day on), that the host's calendar is connected on Home, and the meeting type's How far ahead and Earliest settings.

My link does not work. The meeting type is probably a draft — open Meeting types and press Publish. On the Free plan, pages are paused once 20 bookings are used that month.

A team page says Paused. Team pages need a paid plan; pick one in monday and they switch back on.

Only hosts can publish — ask an admin. An admin ticks Host next to you in Settings.

Settings says a column has no match. Someone deleted or retyped one of the app's columns. Press Fix and the missing columns are added back.

I moved a meeting on the board and the date jumped back. The booking system could not be reached at that moment and the board was put back so it stays true. The item has an update saying so; try again.

Some bookings did not reach your board. The app has lost its monday authorization — press Authorize in the banner (or ask whoever installed the app). Bookings made in the meantime are retried automatically.

Publish says my plan covers N people taking bookings. Every paid plan has a cap on hosts with a published page. Manage plan at the top of the widget opens the next plan in monday, or unpublish a page you no longer need.
