Two rules. That's the whole model.

If your whole company is five people or fewer, it's free. Above that, you pay for the people who take bookings — and only them.

If one person's calendar is all you need to fill, Microsoft Bookings and Google's appointment schedules are free, already switched on, and good enough. Here's where they stop.

Microsoft Bookings is free with Microsoft 365. It just can't share leads fairly — its own docs say staff are “assigned randomly”, with “no way to ensure equal distribution”.1 No built-in payments.1 And landing a booking on your monday board, fields intact, needs a paid Power Automate premium seat, a paid third-party connector, and Microsoft's own Bookings connector — still labelled Preview.2

Google's appointment schedules are genuinely good, and free on every account including personal Gmail. But they book one calendar — co-hosts add people to every appointment rather than sharing appointments between them, and Google's own feature list documents no round-robin. A personal account gets a single booking page; Business Starter doesn't include appointment booking pages at all, per Google's own plan comparison; and on every tier nothing reaches your board but a calendar event.3

Why native matters

The booking isn't a notification. It's a row in your workflow.

01

It arrives as an item

Guest, time, meeting type, video link, host and status land as columns on your Meetings board.

02

Your automations run

It's a normal monday item, so the automations you already built just fire — assign, notify, open a deal.

03

One vendor, one invoice

Billed through monday, managed inside monday. No second seat list, no extra login.

Questions

Straight answers

What happens at 20 bookings on the free plan?

New bookings pause until the month resets. Meetings already booked, reschedules and cancellations keep working — nothing on anyone's calendar breaks. We warn you at 16.

What counts as someone “taking bookings”?

Anyone with a published booking page that month. Admins, viewers and colleagues who only look at the board never count — three bookers in a fifty-seat account means you're on the $19 plan.

The free plan works differently: it's for whole companies of five people or fewer, so nothing gets counted at all. Above five people in your monday account you move to a paid plan, and from then on you only pay for bookers.

What happens if my paid plan ends?

Team booking pages pause, because they're the paid feature. Everyone's own page keeps working, and nothing already booked is touched. Pick a plan in monday and the team pages switch back on.

How are you this much cheaper than Calendly?

We charge per booker, not per seat — most teams have three or four people who publish a link. And the meeting runs on your own Google or Microsoft account, so it costs us nothing to host.

Do I still need Calendly?

No. The Calendly connectors on the marketplace sync an account you already pay for. This is the booking page itself.

Which calendars work?

Google Calendar and Microsoft 365 / Outlook, with live two-way availability. Meet and Teams links are generated on your own account.

When can I have it?

It's in active development. Early-access users get it before the public listing, with the launch price locked for twelve months.
