Need a hand with Calendar Booking Pages? Email us and we reply the same working day.

  • Contact: konrad@pluginpro.io. Please include your monday.com account name and, if it is about one booking, the guest's name and the meeting time, so we can find it in the logs. We never ask for passwords.
  • Getting started: install the app from the monday.com marketplace and open it. The Home tab walks you through it: connect your calendar, pick a Meetings board, and your booking link is ready to share. Most people are done in under three minutes.
  • Connecting your calendar: each host connects their own Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 / Outlook account from the Home tab. The app reads only when you are busy — never the details of your other events — and adds the booked meeting to that calendar. To disconnect, use the same card; the connection is deleted at once. If Outlook fails to connect on a company account, your Microsoft 365 admin may need to approve the app first — email us and we will send them the one link they need.
  • Meeting types: on the Meeting types tab, create the meetings people can book — an intro call, a demo, an onboarding session — with a length, where it happens (Google Meet or Microsoft Teams on your own account, a phone call, or a link you provide), and the questions the guest answers when they book. Every meeting type is free.
  • Working hours: the Working hours tab is your own hours — when people can book you, on your page and on any team page you host. Each host sets their own.
  • Team pages: a team page offers a time with whichever host is free, in rotation, so leads are shared fairly. Set them up on the Settings tab: name the page, pick the hosts, and share one link for the whole team. Team pages are part of every paid plan.
  • Your Meetings board: every booking lands on the board you chose as an item — guest, time, meeting type, host, video link and status — and a reschedule or cancellation updates the same item. Because it is a normal monday.com item, your automations, notifications and views work on it as they do on anything else. If a booking is missing from the board, check the Home tab first: it shows the last bookings and whether each reached the board, and a failed write is retried automatically.
  • Guest emails: guests get a confirmation with a calendar file and the video link, and links to reschedule or cancel. Replies go straight to the host. Hosts are not emailed — the calendar invitation is their notification.
  • Plans & billing: the free plan covers companies of five people or fewer, with 20 bookings a month; the app warns you at 16. Paid plans are priced by the number of people taking bookings and have no booking limit. Subscriptions are managed through the monday.com Marketplace from your Installed Apps page. When a paid plan ends, team pages pause and personal pages keep working — nothing already booked is touched. Details on the pricing page.
