Terms of Service

Effective 13 September 2026 · Last updated 15 October 2026

Welcome, and thank you for choosing Calendar Booking Pages. We have written these Terms of Service (“Terms”) to set clear, fair expectations for both of us. They form a binding agreement between you and PluginPro (“PluginPro”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and govern your access to and use of Calendar Booking Pages (the “App”). We are committed to providing a genuinely useful, reliable service; in return, these Terms explain the rules of use and, candidly, the legal protections we need in order to offer the App. By installing, accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not install or use the App.

1. Agreement & acceptance

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App. They may be supplemented by the rules and terms of monday.com (including its Marketplace and developer terms) and of your calendar provider. By installing, accessing or using the App you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If there is a direct conflict between these Terms and monday.com's marketplace terms regarding billing or marketplace operation, monday.com's terms control for those matters; otherwise, these Terms govern your use of the App.

2. Definitions

  • “App” means Calendar Booking Pages, including its settings interface, booking engine, webhooks, and related services and documentation.
  • “Customer” means the monday.com account on which the App is installed.
  • “Administrator” means a person authorised to install and configure the App for the Customer.
  • “User”, “you” means any person who accesses or uses the App; where you act for an organisation, “you” also means that organisation.
  • “Customer Data” means the data processed through the App, as described in our Privacy Policy.
  • “Marketplace” means the monday.com Marketplace through which the App is distributed and its paid plans are billed.
  • “Third-Party Platforms” means monday.com, your calendar provider, and any other service the App depends on.

3. The App

The App lets people book meetings with your team from a link. Hosts in your monday.com account connect their Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 (Outlook) calendar; the App reads when they are busy, shows guests the free times, records the booking, adds the meeting to the host's calendar, creates a Google Meet or Microsoft Teams link on the host's own account when the meeting type calls for one, emails the guest a confirmation, and writes the booking to the Meetings board you chose in your monday.com account as an item. A reschedule or cancellation updates that same item. Team pages offer a time with whichever host is free, in rotation. The App writes only to the Customer's own monday.com board and to each host's own calendar. We are continually improving the App and may add, change or remove features over time, as described in Section 21. The App is provided as software functionality only; it is not a system of record, and you remain responsible for your data in monday.com and in your calendar provider.

4. Eligibility & authority

The App is intended for business use. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction and capable of forming a binding contract. If you use the App on behalf of an organisation, you represent and warrant that you are authorised to bind that organisation to these Terms, and references to “you” include that organisation. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the App complies with the policies of your organisation, monday.com and your calendar provider.

5. Administrators & connected accounts

The App is installed by an Administrator — a monday.com admin of the Customer's account — who authorizes the App's access to monday.com via OAuth, with the access described in Section 6 of our Privacy Policy. Administrators control the App's settings: which people in the account are hosts, which Meetings board bookings are written to, team pages, and the logo and colours of the booking pages. Each host connects their own Google Calendar or Microsoft 365 (Outlook) calendar via OAuth. That connection belongs to the host alone, and the host can disconnect it at any time. The Administrator is responsible for managing the App's configuration responsibly on behalf of the Customer and its users, and each host is responsible for the calendar they connect.

6. Your account & security

You are responsible for the activity that occurs through your account and connections, for maintaining the confidentiality of your access credentials, and for promptly notifying us of any unauthorised use or suspected security incident you become aware of. You must keep your monday.com and your calendar provider accounts secure, as access to the App flows through them. We are not responsible for loss arising from your failure to safeguard your credentials or accounts.

7. Fees & billing

The App is free for companies of five people or fewer, with up to 20 bookings a month. Above that, it is offered on a subscription priced by the number of people in your account who take bookings — anyone with a published booking page that month; administrators and viewers who do not take bookings are never counted — with unlimited bookings and team pages included, and a free trial, as presented on our pricing page and on the marketplace listing at the time you subscribe. All subscriptions are sold and billed through the monday.com Marketplace, which acts as the merchant of record and handles payment processing, applicable taxes, invoicing, renewals, cancellations and refunds in accordance with monday.com's terms. We do not receive, process or store your payment-card details. You will not be charged unless you affirmatively subscribe after your trial. When a paid subscription ends, team pages pause and personal booking pages keep working; nothing already booked is touched. If we change our prices, the change applies only to new subscriptions — an active subscription keeps its pricing under the monday.com Marketplace's pricing-version rules. We may offer promotional, account-specific discounts at our discretion.

8. Beta & new features

We may make new or experimental features available on a “beta”, “preview” or “early access” basis. Beta features are provided for evaluation, may be changed or withdrawn at any time, may not work as intended, and are provided “as is” without warranties and (to the extent permitted by law) without the limited commitments in these Terms that apply to generally available features.

9. Service availability & our reliability commitment

We care deeply about reliability, and we want the App to be there whenever you need it. We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the App available, monitored and performing well, to apply security and stability updates, and to investigate and resolve issues promptly when they arise. When we need to carry out maintenance or deploy updates, we aim to do so with minimal disruption.

At the same time, the App depends on third-party platforms (including monday.com and your calendar provider) and on the public internet, which we do not control. For that reason, and except where we have expressly agreed a separate written service-level agreement (SLA) with you, the App is provided without any uptime or availability guarantee, and we do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. This section reflects a good-faith commitment to do our best — it is not a contractual warranty or SLA.

10. Licence grant

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable licence to access and use the App for your internal business purposes for as long as the App is installed and these Terms are in effect. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

11. Acceptable use

You agree not to, and not to permit anyone else to:

  • use the App in violation of any applicable law or the terms, policies or rate limits of monday.com or your calendar provider;
  • infringe the intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights of any person;
  • send or transmit spam, malware, or unlawful, harmful, deceptive, harassing, hateful or abusive content through the App;
  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to, probe, interfere with, disrupt, degrade or overload the App, its infrastructure, or the connected platforms;
  • attempt to access another customer's data or connect accounts you are not authorised to connect;
  • circumvent or attempt to circumvent feature gating, usage limits, or security controls;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble the App, or attempt to derive its source code, except to the extent this restriction is prohibited by applicable law;
  • rent, lease, resell, sublicense, or make the App available to third parties except as intended through normal use; or
  • use the App, or its outputs, to build, train or improve a competing product or service.

12. Fair use & technical limits

To keep the App fast, reliable and fair for everyone, we may apply reasonable technical and usage limits (for example, on request volume or automated activity) and may take proportionate measures to protect the service and its users from abuse, excessive load or security risks. Where practical, we will aim to give notice before applying limits that would materially affect your normal use.

13. Your data & privacy

As between you and us, you retain all rights in Customer Data, including every booking and every guest's details. You grant us a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, process and transmit Customer Data solely to provide, secure and support the App and as described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and explains what the App stores, where it is hosted, and the sub-processors we rely on (Railway, monday.com, Google, Microsoft and Resend). You are responsible for having all necessary rights, permissions and lawful bases for the guest data your booking pages collect and for what you write to your board, for telling guests how you use their data, and for the accuracy of that data. You should maintain your own records of bookings, as the App is not a backup or system of record — your monday.com board is.

14. Third-party platforms

The App depends on monday.com, Google, Microsoft, Railway and Resend, and on the infrastructure they run on. We do not control and are not responsible for those platforms' availability, performance, changes, suspensions, pricing or actions, and your use of them remains governed by their own terms — including Google's and Microsoft's API terms for the calendar access each host grants. Disruption, modification or discontinuation of a third-party platform may affect or interrupt the App's functionality, and is outside our reasonable control. The App is not endorsed by, sponsored by, or affiliated with monday.com, Google or Microsoft beyond its participation in their respective developer and marketplace programmes.

15. Intellectual property & feedback

The App, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos and trademarks, is and remains owned by PluginPro or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. Except for the limited licence expressly granted in Section 10, these Terms do not transfer any rights to you. If you choose to give us feedback, suggestions or ideas, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use them for any purpose without restriction or obligation to you.

16. Confidentiality

Each party may have access to the other's non-public information that is marked or reasonably understood to be confidential. The receiving party will use such information only to perform under these Terms, will protect it using reasonable care, and will not disclose it except to its personnel or providers who need it and are bound by similar obligations, or as required by law. This section does not apply to information that is or becomes public through no fault of the receiving party, or that is independently developed or lawfully obtained.

17. Disclaimers

We stand behind our work and strive to make the App genuinely useful and dependable, including through the reliability commitment in Section 9. That said, and to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory — including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, that it will meet your requirements, or that data synchronised between platforms will always be accurate, timely or complete. You are responsible for maintaining your own records and backups of important data. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above exclusions may not apply to you.

18. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms, even if advised of the possibility of such damages; and
  • each party's total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) the total fees you paid for the App in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the liability, or (b) one hundred euros (EUR 100).

These limitations and exclusions form an essential basis of the bargain between us and apply regardless of the theory of liability. They do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law — which includes, for example, liability for damage caused intentionally or, where Polish law so provides, by gross negligence, and certain liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

19. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify and hold harmless PluginPro and its officers, employees, contractors and agents from and against any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms or applicable law, your infringement of any third party's rights, or the data or content you transmit through the App.

20. Term, suspension & termination

These Terms apply for as long as the App is installed or in use. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it from your monday.com account. We may suspend or terminate your access, in whole or in part, if you breach these Terms, if required by monday.com or by applicable law, or where reasonably necessary to protect the App, its users or third parties — and, where practicable, we will aim to give you notice. Upon termination, the licence granted to you ends and per-account data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy: uninstalling removes the App's monday.com and calendar access at once, and the account's stored data — bookings and guest details, hosts, meeting types, working hours and settings — is deleted within 10 days, as Section 10 of the Privacy Policy describes. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including Sections 13, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 22 and 25 — will survive.

21. Changes to the App & these Terms

We may modify the App and these Terms from time to time, for example to add features, improve security, or reflect legal or operational changes. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, provide notice through the App or the marketplace listing. Your continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a change, your remedy is to stop using and uninstall the App.

22. Governing law, informal resolution & disputes

We would much rather resolve any concern quickly and amicably, so before starting formal proceedings, please contact us (Section 26) and give us a reasonable opportunity — at least thirty (30) days — to resolve the matter informally. These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. The courts of Poland having jurisdiction over PluginPro's registered seat will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms, except that this does not deprive you of any mandatory consumer-protection rights or remedies available to you under the laws of your country of residence.

23. Export & sanctions compliance

You represent that you are not located in, and will not use the App in, a country or region subject to comprehensive sanctions, and that you are not a person with whom dealings are prohibited under applicable export-control or sanctions laws. You agree to comply with all such laws in your use of the App.

24. Force majeure

Neither party is liable for any delay or failure to perform caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, civil unrest, labour disputes, governmental action, internet or utility failures, or the failure, change or unavailability of third-party platforms on which the App depends.

25. General

  • Entire agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the App and supersede prior agreements on that subject.
  • Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, it will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions remain in full force.
  • Waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
  • Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganisation or sale of assets.
  • Independent parties. The parties are independent contractors; these Terms create no partnership, agency, employment or joint venture.
  • No third-party beneficiaries. These Terms do not create rights for any third party, except that our affiliates and licensors may rely on the disclaimers and limitations that benefit them.
  • Notices & electronic communications. We may provide notices through the App, the marketplace listing, or the contact details associated with your installation, and you consent to receiving communications electronically.
  • Headings. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect interpretation.
